Smith, Sr. Brother Smith was the Sovereign Grand Inspector General of the State of South Carolina, and the Lieutenant Grand Commander of the Supreme Council of the Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite of the Southern Jurisdiction. Being a member of our Valley, however, most of us knew him as our friend, Mike.
